478 kW / 650 HP, 820 Nm, 320 km/h top speed, carbon and hi-tech forged wheels for the open-top Mercedes C 63 S
BRABUS 650 Cabrio, the new compact high-performance sensation under a blue sky. To this end, the twin-turbo eight-cylinder engine of the Mercedes C 63 S Cabriolet receives a performance upgrade to a peak
output of 478 kW / 650 HP (641 bhp) and a peak torque of 820 Nm (604 lb-ft). As a result, the open-top four-seater accelerates from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 320
km/h (200 mph).
Carbon components for the bodywork developed in the wind tunnel, tailor-made 20-inch forged wheels and an exclusive BRABUS fine leather interior add further highlights.
The four-liter twin-turbo eight-cylinder engine of the C 63 S offers an excellent basis for professional engine tuning as BRABUS has been offering now for four decades. The BRABUS PowerXtra B40S – 650
performance upgrade boosts the power output of the compact convertible by an impressive 103 kW / 140 HP (138 bhp)! The BRABUS engine experts went to great lengths to achieve this sizeable performance increase.
The conversion includes two special turbochargers with larger compressor unit and a special core assembly with reinforced axial bearings. In addition, the BRABUS PowerXtra module is adapted to the electronic
engine control unit of the top-of-the-line C-Class Cabriolet. The auxiliary control unit has special mapping for the electronic boost pressure limiter, injection and ignition. In concert with the larger
turbos, these new parameters result in a performance increase from standard 375 kW / 510 HP (502 bhp) to 478 kW / 650 HP (641 bhp) at a low 5,800 rpm. Peak torque grows simultaneously from 700 to 820 Nm (516
to 604 lb-ft), and is on tap steadily between 1,750 and 4,500 rpm. These performance figures are of course also reflected in the significantly improved driving performance. In concert with the seven-speed
sport transmission of the C 63 S, which can be shifted manually with the ergonomically shaped BRABUS RACE aluminum paddle shifters on the steering wheel, the BRABUS 650 Cabrio shoots from rest to 100 km/h (62
mph) in just 3.7 seconds. The BRABUS Vmax Unit included in the engine conversion increases the electronically limited top speed to 320 km/h (200 mph). Especially the sporty-minded drivers of this high-power
cabriolet will be delighted with the optionally available BRABUS Stop- Start Memory module that stores the last selected setting of the standard start-stop system and retains it even after an engine restart or
change of the driving dynamics mode.
An acoustic as well as visual treat is the all-stainless BRABUS sport exhaust system with actively controlled exhaust flap, which can also be purchased separately without the engine tuning. It offers an
electronic sound management controlled from the cockpit. At the touch of a button, drivers can switch between a subtle “Coming Home" mode and a decidedly sporty engine sound with open exhaust flaps.
Of course, all BRABUS performance upgrades and components are backed by the one-of-a-kind three-year, 100,000- kilometer/62,000-mile BRABUS Tuning Warranty® (see BRABUS Warranty Terms and Conditions,

The BRABUS designers went into the wind tunnel to develop tailor-made aerodynamic-enhancement components specifically for the two-door C 63 models, convertible and coupe. The naked carbon versions come with
either a matte or a high-gloss surface finish. The BRABUS front spoiler lends the face of the two-door car a more dynamic profile. At the same time, the aerodynamics benefit from the sophisticated styling: The
spoiler with raised outer edges minimizes lift on the front axle at high speeds and thereby further improves the handling stability. Other sophisticated BRABUS details are the carbon surrounds for the side air
intakes in the front bumper. The carbon attachments on both front fenders put even more emphasis on the sporty appearance of the two-door car. To give the sides sportier looks, the BRABUS designers developed
rocker panels with raised air deflector elements in front of the rear wheel arches, and naked carbon covers for the two door mirrors. An aerodynamic update was also designed for the rear end. The carbon
diffuser precisely frames the two dual tailpipes of the BRABUS sport exhaust. The covers and flaps for the side air vents in the rear bumper are also inspired by motorsports.
The appearance and the handling of the C 63 S can be refined further with tailor-made BRABUS 20-inch wheels and a sport suspension. At the Geneva Auto Show 2017, the Cabriolet is presented with BRABUS
Monoblock R “Platinum Edition" wheels of sizes 9Jx20 on the front axle and 10.5Jx20 at the rear. The hi-tech forged wheels with double spokes were painted black for the show car and offer an optimal
blend of lightweight construction and strength. The matching high-performance tires of sizes 255/30 ZR 20 at the front and 285/30 ZR 20 on the rear axle are supplied by technology partners Continental, Pirelli
To make the handling of the high-performance convertible even more agile and even safer, the BRABUS suspension engineers and test drivers developed special coilover sport springs with adjustable ride height.
They are combined with the standard RIDE CONTROL shocks with adaptive damping. This allows drivers to choose not only from three different damper settings, but also to tailor the ride height of the vehicle to
their personal preferences. The adjustment range for the ride-height lowering is between 20 and 40 millimeters (0.8 to 1.6 in), which can be dialed in separately on the front and rear axle.
The company upholstery shop adds equally exclusive and sporty highlights in the interior with an exquisite BRABUS fine leather interior made from black leather with azure blue decorative elements. The BRABUS
interior designers demonstrate their tremendous love of detail with perforations against a blue background on various parts of the seats. Exclusive BRABUS carbon elements plus aluminum pedals and door-lock
pins additionally put even stronger emphasis on the sporty ambitions of the tuned four-seater. The BRABUS speedometer with 340-km/h (211-mph) scale was also matched to the performance potential of this

Mercedes-Benz continues the long success story of the E-Class with the W 213 model series presents an exclusive refinement program for the new sedan. The product lineup ranges from
engine tuning for the various gasoline and diesel models to sporty-elegant aerodynamic-enhancement components for the different equipment variants. Of course, BRABUS also offers tailor-made BRABUS Monoblock
wheels with diameters of up to 21 inches, precision-tuned suspension solutions, and individual options for customizing the interior. All components come with the one-of-a-kind three-year or 100,000-

The new E-Class comes ex-factory in several design and equipment lines and thus with two different bumpers for the front and rear. Sporty-elegant styling has been an inimitable trademark of BRABUS for 40
years. In keeping with this tradition, the BRABUS designers developed two tailor-made aerodynamic-enhancement kits for the W 213 model series, both manufactured in OEM quality from PUR for perfect fit and
paintability. The BRABUS styling package for new E-Class models coming off the factory assembly lines in standard specification or with AVANTGARDE or EXCLUSIVE package starts with a front spoiler. This
aerodynamic-enhancement component lends the sedan a more distinctive face and reduces lift on the front axle in addition, thereby improving handling stability at high speeds. The front of these W 213 models
can be upgraded further with dynamically sweeping BRABUS surrounds for the side air intakes. The BRABUS rear bumper insert with diffuser look lends the rear a sportier appearance. Two cutouts on the left and
right provide the perfect backdrop for the BRABUS quad sport exhaust. The understated BRABUS rear spoiler for the trunk lid fits all current E-Class sedans and thanks to its sophisticated shape reduces lift on
the rear axle at high speeds. Of course, BRABUS also offers tailor-made bodywork components for upgrading the new E-Class sedans ordered ex-factory with AMG Line exterior. The markedly sportily styled BRABUS
front spoiler attaches to the lower part of the AMG Line bumper. The outer sections of the aerodynamic-enhancement component are shaped like flaps, giving the vehicle an even more dynamic appearance. Vertical
BRABUS surrounds for the outer air intakes also play a part in making the front of the refined sedan more distinctive. Another sporty BRABUS design element is the diffuser for the rear bumper. This
aerodynamic-enhancement component forms the perfect backdrop for the four chrome-plated tailpipes of the BRABUS sport exhaust. What is more: The three vertical fins in the central diffuser duct also optimize
BRABUS Monoblock alloys, which are available in various designs and versions with diameters from 18 to 21 inches, are just as important for an individual appearance. The largest available option for the new E-
Class features forged BRABUS Monoblock F, R or Y “Platinum Edition" hi-tech wheels of sizes 9Jx21 on the front axle and 10.5Jx21 at the rear. They can be mounted with Continental, Pirelli or
YOKOHAMA high-performance tires of sizes 255/30 ZR 21 at the front and 295/25 ZR 21 on the rear axle.
BRABUS developed various suspension solutions ranging from sport springs for a ride-height lowering by about 30 millimeters (1.2 in) to a special control module for models equipped with AIR BODY CONTROL air
suspension to match the conversion to high- performance tires.
Of course, the BRABUS product range also already features initial power upgrades for the new Mercedes E-Class. The smallest gasoline model, the E 200, benefits from BRABUS PowerXtra B20 tuning. After the
installation of the plug-and-play module, the four-cylinder turbo produces an output of 165 kW / 225 HP (221 bhp) and a peak torque of 330 Nm (243 lb-ft). Of course, BRABUS also offers more power and driving
fun for the various turbodiesel models of the new E-Class. The BRABUS PowerXtra D3 module increases the power output of the Mercedes E 220 d by 20 kW / 27 HP (27 bhp) and boosts peak torque by 50 Nm (37 lb-
ft). The strongest turbodiesel variant, the E 350 d, also benefits substantially from BRABUS PowerXtra tuning, in this case in the guise of the D6 S. The auxiliary control unit can be installed in under an
hour and delivers an increase in power by 37 kW / 51 HP (50 bhp), while boosting peak torque by 100 Nm (74 lb-ft). The new peak torque of 720 Nm (531 lb-ft) is available unerringly on a lofty plateau between
1,600 and 2,400 rpm. Thus equipped, the tuned four-door car accelerates from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 5.7 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). BRABUS stainless sport
exhausts with four chrome-plated tailpipes are available for all gasoline and diesel engines.
BRABUS also offers a variant with actively controlled exhaust flaps for the E 43, which allow altering the exhaust note at the touch of a button in the cockpit between a decidedly subtle “Coming
home" mode and a particularly sporty sound.
Sheer luxury and individuality in the interior is naturally also part of the BRABUS product range for the new E-Class. The lineup of available options ranges from stainless scuff plates with backlit BRABUS
logo in 64 colors just like the standard- fit ambience lighting of the interior to aluminum accessories such as pedals and door pins. It is crowned by an exclusive BRABUS fine leather all-leather interior,

BRABUS 850 XL WIDESTAR based on the Mercedes-Benz GLS

The BRABUS 850 XL WIDESTAR was developed based on the top-of- the-range model of the new Mercedes GLS-Class, the GLS 63 4MATIC. The result is a supercar that could not be more characteristic for BRABUS. At the
heart of the BRABUS 850 XL WIDESTAR is an eight- cylinder twin-turbo engine with a displacement increased to six liters. A rated output of 625 kW / 850 HP (838 bhp) and peak torque of 1,450 Nm (1,069 lb-ft)
sling the exclusive SUV from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.2 seconds. The top speed is limited electronically to 300 km/h (186 mph). The combination of newly developed BRABUS WIDESTAR widebody, naked
carbon aerodynamic-enhancement components and tailor-made 23-inch BRABUS Monoblock "PLATINUM EDITION" hi-tech forged wheels lend the high-performance 4x4 an unmistakable appearance. Just as exclusive
is the customization of the interior with a BRABUS fine leather interior and newly designed BRABUS precious- wood trim, both crafted with consummate workmanship in every minute detail.
The name for this exclusive SUV comes from the BRABUS 850 6.0 Biturbo increased-displacement engine that produces a whopping 195 kW / 265 HP (261 bhp) more power than its stock counterpart. The recipe for
doing so is as elaborate as it is tried and proven: more displacement translates into more power, and for this reason, the company hi-tech engine shop increases the displacement of the eight-cylinder four-
valve engine from stock 5,461 cc to 5912 cc (333 to 361 cu in). To this end, the cylinder bore is increased to 99 millimeters (3.89 in) and the engine is fitted with correspondingly larger forged pistons. A
special precision-balanced billet crankshaft in concert with forged high-performance piston rods increases the stroke to 96 millimeters (3.77 in). In addition, the engineers optimize the two cylinder heads of
the V-8 for mixture flow. The engine bay is dominated by the BRABUS 850 intake module, which is manufactured from carbon and is specifically designed for the BRABUS increased-displacement engine. It is
complemented by two newly designed air filter boxes with larger intake cross-section. Sophisticated carbon air ducts supply the intake with fresh combustion air. Just as crucial for the phenomenal performance
upgrade is the newly designed forced induction system: the engineers developed modified exhaust manifolds to fit the engine with special BRABUS turbochargers with larger compressor units. To lower the charge
air temperature, the intake tubes and charge pipes are fitted with special “Gold Heat Reflection" sheathing that stands out immediately. The increased-displacement engine also includes larger
downpipes with a diameter of 75 millimeters (2.95 in), and metal catalysts.
The last link in the chain is the BRABUS stainless high-performance exhaust system with actively controlled exhaust flaps for an active sound management. Drivers can switch between a throaty V-8 exhaust note
in ‘Sport‘ mode and a discreet whisper in ‘Coming Home‘ mode at a touch of a button in the cockpit. The ceramic-coated tailpipes sport the BRABUS logo and stand out from the crowd
visually as well. The perfect calibration of all high-performance components by the BRABUS power unit engineers and electronics specialists is the result of extensive bench and road tests. The professional

output of 625 kW / 850 HP (838 bhp) at a low 5,400 rpm is equally a benchmark in this category of vehicles as is the phenomenal peak torque of 1,450 Nm (1,069 lb-ft), which is on tap on a flat plateau between
2,500 and 4,500 rpm. As a result, the BRABUS 850 XL WIDESTAR delivers a performance on par with a full-blooded sports car: From rest, the SUV weighing in at more than 2.6 tons accelerates to 100 km/h (62 mph)
in just 4.2 seconds. Due to the vehicle‘s weight, the top speed is limited electronically to 300 km/h (186 mph). As an option, BRABUS also offers two performance upgrades to 464 kW / 630 HP or 515 kW /
700 HP (622 or 690 bhp) for the Mercedes GLS 63 S. Of course, the aerodynamics, tires and suspension are also modified to match the tremendous performance of the BRABUS 850 XL.
The BRABUS WIDESTAR widebody version for the GLS class celebrates its world premiere at the ESSEN MOTOR SHOW 2016. The bodywork conversion is characterized by muscular fender flares on the front and rear axle,
which add eight centimeters (3.1 in) to the width of the large SUV. The WIDESTAR flares are molded to the production front and rear bumpers of the GLS 63 with tailor-made extensions. In addition, the
conversion includes the BRABUS aerodynamic-enhancement components designed to be used with or without the WIDESTAR modifications. The BRABUS front spoiler lip attaches to the lower part of the front bumper and
lends the SUV an even more distinctive face. What is more: the shape, which was optimized in the wind tunnel, reduces lift on the front axle at high speeds, thereby further improving the handling stability.
The side air intakes in the front bumper are upgraded with tailor-made air deflectors with integrated LED side markers. The rear bumper is upgraded with a new carbon diffusor insert, which provides the perfect
backdrop for the two dual ceramic- coated tailpipes of the BRABUS high-performance exhaust with actively controlled exhaust flaps. The BRABUS roof spoiler adds the icing on the cake. All BRABUS bodywork

The BRABUS WIDESTAR widebody also makes room for extreme tire variants. The large wheel wells of the GL-Class offer just enough space for installing forged 23-inch hi-tech wheels. The most exclusive option
features BRABUS Monoblock "PLATINUM EDITION" h-tech forged wheels of size 11Jx23. Thanks to state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, these wheels perfectly combine lightweight design and maximum
strength. The matching high-performance tires for the SUV come from BRABUS technology partner Continental. The vehicle can be fitted with high-performance street tires up to size 295/35 R 23 front and back.
The BRABUS chassis engineers developed a special control module for the AIRMATIC air suspension to optimize the driving dynamics further and to give the vehicle an even sportier appearance by lowering the ride
height of the BRABUS 850 XL WIDESTAR and any stock GLS 63 by about 30 millimeters (1.2 in).
The luxury appointments of the BRABUS supercar of course also include an exquisite BRABUS fine leather interior. The interior appointments are tailored to customer specifications from a combination of
especially soft and breathable Mastik leather and Alcantara. The vehicle featured here is fitted with a brown BRABUS all-leather interior with especially gorgeous braided- leather highlights to contrast with
the black paint finish. Just as exclusive is the BRABUS precious-wood trim produced from grained ash wood. Aluminum components such as pedals and door pins highlight the sporty character of the vehicle. BRABUS
offers special aluminum paddle shifters with RACE design for even more precise gear changes when operating the SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission manually. The BRABUS 850 XL WIDESTAR is built to

The Tesla Model S with up to 568 kW / 772 hp in „Ludicrous Mode“ is without a doubt the textbook example of a state-of-the-art high-performance electric car. BRABUS and its Zero Emission business
division have been concentrating on alternative powertrains for about a decade. It is only logical then to invest the BRABUS expertise from more than 35 years in automotive construction and tuning at the
highest level in a high-end refinement program for Tesla Model S.
BRABUS celebrates the world premiere of the Tesla S customized by BRABUS ZERO EMISSION at the IAA 2015 in Frankfurt am Main.
In a first step, BRABUS ZERO EMISSION will offer exclusive refinement options for the bodywork and the interior of Model S. The product lineup ranges from sporty aerodynamic-enhancement components made from
clear-coated carbon and 21-inch high-tech forged wheels to a BRABUS fine leather interior created from the finest leather and Alcantara.
One of the world-renowned specialties of the BRABUS design team is adding more sporty emphasis to elegant vehicle designs. This formula was also realized successfully in the case of the Tesla Model S. Tailor-
made aerodynamic-enhancement components that received their finishing touches in the wind tunnel were developed using state- of-the-art 3D scanning and CAD technology. Just as in motor racing, the material of
choice is carbon, permanently sealed with a high-gloss or a matte protective coating.
The BRABUS bodywork components lend the front end of the Tesla Model S a sporty facelift. The carbon attachments for the side air intakes give the car an even more distinctive appearance and optimize the flow
of cooling air to the radiators. The BRABUS carbon spoiler lip adds even more dynamics to the front view while also reducing lift on the front axle at high speeds thanks to its sophisticated shape.
The insert in the production rear bumper of the Tesla Model S is replaced with the BRABUS carbon diffuser. This aerodynamic- enhancement component impresses with its optimized air deflection while its visible

The BRABUS 850 6.0 twin-turbo increased-displacement engine turns the GLE 63 Coupe and of course its brethren sporting the standard five-door body style into a high-performance vehicle in a class of its own.
To increase the displacement of the eight-cylinder engine from standard 5,461 cc to 5,912 cc (333 to 361 cu in), BRABUS bores out the cylinders to 99 millimeters (4 in) and installs correspondingly larger
forged pistons. A special billet crankshaft with a stroke of 96 mm (3.8 in) instead of the standard 90.5 millimeters (3.6 in) and similarly forged longer piston rods round off the displacement increase. In
addition, both cylinder heads of the V8 are optimized for gas flow.
The BRABUS 850 intake module designed specifically for the BRABUS increased-displacement engine immediately stands out when the hood is popped. It is made from carbon and includes a new air filter housing with
enlarged intake cross-section. A sophisticated air duct integrated into the hood supplies it with cooling air.
Other equally fundamental components of the high-performance engine on the other hand are hidden deep down in the engine bay: the two production turbos are replaced with special turbochargers with larger
compressor units and modified exhaust manifolds. To lower the charge air temperature further, the intake and charge air pipes are insulated with "Gold Heat Reflection" sheathing that immediately
catches the eye.
This engine conversion also includes larger 75-millimeter (3 in) thick down pipes and a newly designed exhaust system. In concert with metal catalysts, the BRABUS stainless-steel exhaust system with controlled

A sporty-elegant design is the trademark of the BRABUS aerodynamic-enhancement kit for the new Mercedes V-Class and Vito. All components are manufactured from PUR in OEM quality, giving them a precise fit and
making them easy to paint. To make the front of the vehicle more distinctive, the BRABUS designers developed attachments for the side air intakes, and a front spoiler that mounts to the lower section of the
bumper. The sophisticated shape of this aerodynamic-enhancement component reduces lift on the front axle at high speeds, further optimizing handling stability. A three-piece fairing was developed for the rear
bumper. Its two side pieces provide the perfect backdrop for the four tailpipes of the BRABUS sports exhaust system. In concert with the center piece with diffusor design they lend the Mercedes a markedly

turbodiesel engine by 33 kW / 45 hp (44 bhp) and bumps torque by 70 Nm (52 lb-ft). A peak torque of 510 Nm (376 lb-ft) between 1,400 and 2,400 rpm offers superior pulling power that enables the people mover to
effortlessly master any traffic situation. Peak power increases from standard 140 kW / 190 hp auf 173 kW / 235 hp (188 to 232 bhp). The minivan accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 8.8 seconds and
reaches a top speed of 210 km/h (130 mph). Nonetheless, thanks to the increased pulling power fuel consumption remains on the level of the production vehicle. It goes without saying that the BRABUS-tuned V 250
BlueTEC continues to comply with the strict EURO VI emissions standards.
In addition, BRABUS offers a stainless-steel sports rear muffler for all engine variants of the new Mercedes V-Class with two chrome-plated tailpipes on either side.
